Full Journal pdf1999-05-18 House Journal Page 1620 SB 167 The following, which was advanced to third reading from the May 17, 1999, calendar (page 1519), was read the third time: CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 167(FIN) "An Act relating to scholarships to attend the University of Alaska; and providing for an effective date." 1999-05-18 House Journal Page 1621 SB 167 Representative Ogan moved and asked unanimous consent that he be allowed to abstain from voting due to a conflict of interest. Objection was heard, and Representative Ogan was required to vote. The question being: "Shall CSSB 167(FIN) pass the House?" The roll was taken with the following result: CSSB 167(FIN) Third Reading Final Passage YEAS: 37 NAYS: 0 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 3 Yeas: Austerman, Berkowitz, Brice, Bunde, Cissna, Coghill, Cowdery, Davies, Davis, Dyson, Foster, Green, Grussendorf, Halcro, Harris, Hudson, James, Joule, Kapsner, Kemplen, Kerttula, Kohring, Kott, Masek, Morgan, Moses, Mulder, Murkowski, Ogan, Phillips, Porter, Rokeberg, Sanders, Smalley, Therriault, Whitaker, Williams Absent: Barnes, Croft, Kookesh And so, CSSB 167(FIN) passed the House. Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSSB 167(FIN) was signed by the Speaker and Chief Clerk and returned to the Senate.
